COMPLETE FITNESS & NUTRITION UPDATE 🎯🙌🏼I have changed a lot when it comes to my health and fitness goals and what I am wanting to achieve - so I thought I would share with you my new approachMY GYM SESSIONS 🏋🏼‍♀️ - so my target with my workouts is to do sessions that I enjoy and what make me feel my best. I am still sticking to resistance training, but I have changed a few things:1. NO STRICT WORKOUT SPLIT - I am now focusing on going to the gym as much as I can each week without overtraining and ensuring I get enough rest 😴 I still aim to train my whole body, hitting each part 2 x week if possible, but not being super strict on the split I have for each week2. INCLUDING CARDIO INTO MY WEEK - so I am really enjoying mixing my workout week and including cardio within my workouts. Some gyms I am going to are very limited and only have mainly cardio equipment, meaning I can still enjoy my workouts by including some cardio 🏃🏼‍♀️3. ADDING A VARIETY OF EXERCISE - so I am also wanting to include some classes and different exercising into my weeks such as pilates, spin etc as I have also recently found my love for yoga which is SO GOOD 🧘🏼‍♀️😍 I AM NOT TRACKING MY NUTRITION 🍏🍉So I mentioned this in my previous post, but I am no longer tracking what I eat which I am LOVING 👍🏼 it has given me so much more freedom to not be sticking to a certain number of protein and macros each day. Instead, I am focusing on fuelling my body with the best foods that make me FEEL my best. Including plenty of fruits & veggies, plant based protein sources, oily fish, good fats and healthy carbs 🥦🥑🍠Of course it depends on your personal goals as to whether you want to track and it is such a beneficial tool to help you achieve this!MY MINDSET TOWARDS HEALTH & FITNESS 🧠🥰I am no longer training for specific aesthetic goals or numbers. Instead I am doing workouts that make me feel good and eating foods that I enjoy that I know will benefit me. It has honestly been such a journey over the past few years of my fitness process to get to where I am now, but I can say that my mindset towards fitness are at the best they have ever been 🥳♥️#discoverunder20k
