FUEL YOURSELF WITH GOODNESS 🥑🥬🍏So my outlook have changed when it comes to nutrition - as I have had some differences in my lifestyle and my goals with my health and fitness 🎯 I AM NO LONGER TRACKING MY NUTRITION - this was super hard to think to do at first, as if you get into the habit of tracking, you then have to break the habit which is easier said than done!But I am absolutely loving no longer tracking, instead focusing on fuelling my body with the best foods and nutrients possible to feel my best 🤩I can honestly say that I feel so much better for no longer tracking 😍 I have more freedom and don’t even think about my food choices anywhere near as much as I used to - where I would try to go for the most optimal meal for protein. Now, I focus on eating things that will benefit my health and keep me healthy, choosing healthy, whole food meals with high vitamin for aiding my body 🥦🥬It is an amazing tool to track your nutrition, especially if you have specific fitness goals or want to learn more about nutritional values in foods.. but this is just the change I have had in my lifestyle 👍🏼PROTEIN INTAKE - so with no longer tracking, this means that I am not keeping track of my protein intake which to some people may be something they aren’t comfortable with, as wanting to get the maximum results from your resistance training, it is ideal to aim for a substantial amount of protein to aid muscle development. However, my view on my fitness has changed and am now focusing on using my gym sessions to make me feel my best on the inside and to keep me positive and happy - not for aesthetic goals or tracking muscle gainOf course it is important to have a healthy balanced diet where you are eating the correct amount of macros (protein, carbs and fats) to fuel your body, but for me I am no longer tracking the amount of protein I eat or keeping my diet super high in protein either, just a recommended amount to be healthyP.S. this brunch was so delicious 😋 avo toast has my heart 🥑....#discoverunder100k #discoverunder20k #fitnessjourney #fitnessmotivation #fitnessaddict #gymmotivation #gymgirl #avocadotoast #avocado #brunch #breakfast
