
Happy Friday! ππΌπ₯ππΌSo I went to the gym yesterday and did a full quads & glutes workout and finished off with some shoulders which was amazing! I crammed so much into that session and it felt great to come away feeling super productive and like I had achieved something! Nudging the weight up, hitting PBβs and seeing how much I can push my body is a great way to test yourself and see how strong you are! πͺπΌI am currently super busy at work π«π - travelling on long flights and spending a couple of days away from home, so my routine has had to be adaptable... which is something I have had to learn and is a process to which I am getting used to. My sleep is something I am really taking mkre seriously, especially as my routine is disrupted from working π΄. A lot of people donβt take sleep and their rest into much consideration, but is a fundamental part of fitness, your health and the recovery you get from your workouts. Your body works so hard and you need to allow yourself to rest and recover.
