MY MOTIVATION TIPS 🙌🏼💭🤩So I know it can be super difficult at times to feel motivated, especially as we go through up and down motions of being completely on the ball and then to having 0 energy for putting in the effort. But recently I have felt more motivated than ever to push myself to feel my best, and thought I would share with you my top tips for getting yourself through those downward moments on the motivation chart 📉📈.THINK ABOUT WHERE YOU CAN BE - this is by far the top one for me. On those days where I don’t feel in the mood to push myself or stay on top form, I think to myself “if I continue to stay motivated and push myself, how good is it going to feel afterwards”. Each step, no matter how small, is still a step in the right direction!.CUT THE ALL OR NOTHING MENTALITY - such an important one for the long term! Your motivation is going to drop if you have this idea that you have to be 100% perfect all of the time. It is NOT sustainable or necessary!! You have to see your journey as a lifestyle that can be kept for a long time, not a “quick fix”.MAKE NOTES OF HOW YOU ARE FEELING - not only is this amazing for yourself mentally each day, but it also is a great tool to look back on. On those days when you feel less motivated, look back on when you noted down how good you felt when you hit a PB in the gym, or when you felt super energised after fuelling yourself with good nutritious food!. TRACK YOUR PROGRESS - okay I have DEFINITELY saved the best until last!! Track. Your. Progress. People! It is the best thing to do when you look at your pictures and see where all the hard work has got you so far.
