SETTING GOALS Why do I set myself goals? Is it really necessary?.1. TO GIVE YOURSELF DIRECTION - I really do think that when you set yourself goals, it gives you so much focus and direction towards what you are aiming for. It makes it clear in your mind what you are focusing on and why you are doing it.2. TO MOTIVATE YOU - There is nothing more motivating than when you achieve something! When you hit a PB in the gym or gain/lose 1lb, it’s one step closer to you achieving your goal which is such a big motivator .3. TO HELP TRACK YOUR PROGRESS - it is a great thing to set goals so that you can tick off things that you have achieved.4.
