Celebrity Trainer attempts the Navy SEAL Screening Test!

The minimum requirements for the test consists of a 500 Yard Swim with a maximum time allowed of 12 minutes 30 seconds. Then there's 50 Push Ups in 2 minutes, 50 Sit Ups in 2 minutes and 10 Pull Ups. Then the challenge is finished with a 1.5 mile run in 10 minutes 30 seconds! Brutal. Let know what fitness test We should try with Austen next!
