MY WEEKLY FITNESS GOALS💪🏽-150kg hip thrusts 10 reps-keep being mindful of mind-muscle connection: you would be surprised how big of an impact our brain has on how we perform! I always try to think about the muscles I want to target when I’m doing the exercises so I can get the best result!-get 8 hours of sleep each night-improve my squat, deadlift, and lunge form (always something that could be better!)-train hard but smart: going until failure but also prioritizing muscle recovery so i can give my sessions everything!-stay hydrated and take my supplements💦what are your goals this week?💪🏽 discount code KATE (fave supplements—link in my bio!🫶🏽)
