Smile, peace, flex &.. try to take up as much room as possible whilst engaging lat?! πŸ˜…Which do you prefer?1) the lilac or green?2) cardio or weights?3) structure or going with the flow?I’m going green outfit whilst lifting weights & going with the flowwww. Although this would be my preference I’ve been pretty much doing the exact opposite lately. & I can’t say I’ve been hating it either. I really have been enjoying getting stuck into πŸŠβ€β™€οΈ 🚴 πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ- WITH structure in my life (who even is she?!) The best thing about not being so great at these things is that I feel I’m only progressing with every session πŸ˜… (newbie gains). So to anyone that may be starting something new & not feeling the most confident/ experienced / maybe feeling slightly out of your depth, know that the only way is up!
