Why you shouldn’t judge your progress based on your weight❗️There is roughly 2 years between these photos, both weighing about 60kg, yet I look noticeably different. My body composition has changed, having put on a lot more muscle and lost body fat.I went through a period where I was weighing myself daily to see if that number had decreased and when it hadn’t, I was disheartened. But in reality, I was still making progress. These days, I don’t even own a scale.
