Miss it already, I’ll be back 🦋🌊🐬Just got home after being away for almost 3 weeks & it’s honestly been the best time ever 🤍Perth was INCREDIBLE & im so excited to move, the friends I’ve made in the space of a week, along with the chill vibes & of course the sunshine - I know it’s where I’m meant to be 📍Didn’t track food, weigh myself or stress about getting steps > I did what made me feel good & took each day as it came. Honestly I have never felt that level of confidence within myself while having food freedom, knowing I could trust myself, enjoy the foods and not feel guilty for it ✨ Back into routine tomorrow not because I feel like I have too, but because I want too.
