Hope this caption can bring you smiles & hope 🫶🏼🤍 Yesterday I uploaded a story showing my first ever workout guide I did, that has been hanging on my wall for years. whist it’s not my “biggest achievement” it’s an amazing reminder of how far I’ve come & so grateful for the journey & learned/learning so much since then it’s wild. I have it hanging there because it’s a reminder of the journey, but also sometimes I think the biggest achievement is just starting 👏🏼🫶🏼So if you’re at a stage where there’s anticipation in starting something new, or starting completely over again.
