HOW TO FUEL YOUR BODY 🥑🍳So I received A LOT of messages asking about nutrition such as “what’s the best food to fuel your workouts?” and “how much protein should I eat to gain muscle?” and “am I allowed to eat the foods I love whilst trying to lose weight?”So I thought I would share some of my tips when it comes to how to fuel your body with the right foods and what steps to take in order to get the most out of your workouts and to see optimal results 💪🏼🍑.FOCUS ON THE BASICS - the best tip I can give you with what to eat to fuel yourself is to keep it simple. You don’t have to create super fancy meals in order to “be healthy”. By simply focusing on your vegetables, solid proteins and good carbs and healthy fats, you will already be seeing and feeling results.TRACK YOUR PROTEIN - if you are new to nutrition or aren’t sure whether you are getting enough protein to gain muscle, then track it for a while! This is the best way to educate yourself on whether you are getting enough protein in your diet to fuel yourself and see results.DON’T RESTRICT EVERYTHING - this is SO IMPORTANT if you want this to be a lifestyle and something that can be long term. Do not think you need to cut everything you love out of your diet completely in order to feel “healthy” and “see results”. Everything in moderation and life is all about balance.DON’T BUY THINGS YOU DON’T NEED - Just because you see someone else eating something and they are gaining results, doesn’t mean you instantly have to go out and eat the same thing. There is no need to go crazy trying every single recipe out and buying excessive things you might not even like. Try things of course, but it’s about what works for YOU .GET CREATIVE - this is great for if you love naughty meals but want to stay on track. For example - I LOVE Nando’s and will go out for meals there fairly often, but if you know you’ve only eaten it a couple of days ago, maybe try and cook it at home and find alternatives that are a little healthier.Let me know if these tips were useful by giving this post a SAVE and I will share some more of my foodie advice on my page soon 👀#explorepage #explore #discoverunder20k
