
Happy Monday ππΌπI have been LOVING my workout split and lean bulk progress so far! Upping the calories really slowly whilst continuing to progressively overload in my gym sessions is feeling amazing π€©Everyone enjoys training differently and I am so open to trying new things and different workout styles.At the moment I am currently doing a 3 day split, 2 of which are mixed upper and lower body days. I really have been enjoying training my upper body so much more, finding what exercises I like and what work for me is the best way to enjoy your training! πI am sometimes able to squeeze in a 4th training session into my week, which I use as a little added extra - including some of my favourite compounds and continuing to progress ππ₯ I will keep you updated on my little journey!
